Abstract
A successful surgery is a team work of surgeon, assisting staff, running staff. Their unity and understanding is of utmost importance for smooth functioning. Any mishap is not just due to incompetence of the surgeon, but can be attributed to the most unimaginable and seemingly minor error by the team. This video made in two parts describes how important the role of each member is, in the first part. The 2nd part describes how we can avoid the most dreadest complications in cataract surgery.
