Abstract
Humanity has been afflicted by the COVID pandemic in a variety of ways. In this video, we depict the surgical management of cases of fungal endogenous endophthalmitis (EE) after severe COVID-19 infection. These cases were initially diagnosed as non-infectious uveitis and were treated with steroids, which worsened their ocular condition. We suspected and treated them as fungal EE. Two cases presented with peripheral tractional retinal detachments and 2 cases presented with large fungal abscesses Surgical maneuvers and nuances in handling these cases are depicted. It is important to suspect EE in patients with inflammation post severe COVID-19.
