Abstract
We are presenting a video of cataract surgery in a case of 58 years old patient diagnosed with with phacolytic glaucoma in which intraocular lens was implanted before nucleus prolapse and delivery. Advantages of this technique are less risk of zonular dialysis during nucleus prolapse and delivery, action of intraocular lens haptic like capsular tension ring in cases of pre-existing zonular dialysis, safety of posterior capsule during nucleus delivery and stability of intraocular lens in the bag despite all adversities. This is also an cost-effective technique with usage of minimal instruments in complicated cases such as phacolytic glaucoma
