Abstract
An elderly male presented with bilateral diminution of vision for past 2 months. Anterior segment showed moderate cells and flare, fundus examination revealed GRADE 2 vitreous haze with multifocal chorioretinitis. On physical examination he had oral and genital ulcers without any significant lymphadenopathy but gave no positive history of contact. He had mild lymphpcytosis, positive Mantoux and VDRL with raised ESR but was negative for HIV and TPHA. Patient was not willing for a pathergy test or HLA B5 tests. He was put on topical and systemic Oral steroid and ATT based on presumptive diagnosis of ocular/ disseminated tuberculosis. But we are still in search of definitive diagnosis awaiting the responce on followup and hence the presentation.
