Abstract

Purpose: To analyse the culture positivity, and bacterial profile isolated from patients with suspected endophthalmitis in a tertiary eye care hospital.Methods : A retrospective analysis of microbiological records of patients with suspected endophthalmitis presented to a tertiary eye care hospital over a period of 30months period from jan 2020 to july 2022; data analysed for number of culture positive endophthalmitis cases, mode of infection, bacterial profile, antiobiotic sensitivity pattern; Results analysesd with appropriate software
