Abstract

Purpose – To compare the surgical outcomes of SFIOL implantation done by Gabor’s technique with X Nit technique .Materials and methods-Randomised control trial involving patients undergoing Rigid PMMA SFIOL implantation in a tertiary eye care center by a single surgeon in 2 months duration. Outcomes measured in terms of Best corrected visual acuity on POD1,POD15,POD 45,POD 90; duration of surgery; complications of surgery like IOP rise,corneal edema,Vitreous hemorrhage,IOL tilt, Haptic exposure reported within the study period; Results will be analysed with Paired T test
