Abstract
Congenital Ectropion Uveae (CEU) is a rare ocular finding characterised by ectropion uveae, iris hypoplasia and iridotrabecular dysgenesis. Mostly it has been found in association with various systemic diseases or ocular disorders like lid coloboma and telecanthus .Here we report an unusual case of unilateral CEU with cleft lip and cleft palate presenting late with advanced glaucoma. This association has not been reported previously to the best of our knowledge. All ophthalmologists along with specialities like pediatricians or oro-dental surgeons dealing with congenital deformities should be made aware of such associations to facilitate early diagnosis, intervention and preservation of vision in such patients.
