Abstract
ocular hypotony is one of the common complication post filtering surgery. Here we report a unusual case of recurrent hypotony post filtering surgery following anti glaucoma medications.A 50 year old male patient who under went RE combined surgery for pseudo exfoliative glaucoma 1 year back. During his 10 th month followup due to raised IOP of 33 mm of Hg he was started on timolol maleate. He developed ocular hypotony. He recovered on stopping timolol maleate and treated on topical steroids. During his subsequent follow up for his raised IOP he had same re challenges of hypotony when we started on Dorzolomide and 3rd episode of hypotony with latanoprost eye drop. This is a rare case report of ocular hypotony where he developed three episode of ocular hypotony for three anti glaucoma medications. Anti glaucoma medication should be considered in patients with hypotony of unclear etiology following a glaucoma filtering procedure
