Abstract
A 44 years old man was referred to us with features on anterior uveitis for last 6 months. He had history of fever, recurrent joint swelling. On examination nodules over bulbar conjunctiva, circumciliary congestion, cells and flare in anterior chamber along with keratic precipitates in cornea was noted. On fundus examination retinal periphlebitis with superficial haemorrhage andoptic disc pallor was noted. Systemic examination multiple oral ulcers, painful swelling of right knee was noted. Patient was treated oral and topical Prednisolone , eye drop atropine, antiglaucoma medication. Patient on follow up showed frank remission of symptoms.
