Abstract
36 years old female presented with c/o blurred vision in the RE since 3days(2017).Vision RE-6/18,LE-6/9.Anterior segment shows BE- Penetrating keratoplasty for corneal macular dystrophy.RE-diagnosed as c/o CSCR and treated with focal laser and vision improved.After 2 years (In 2019) patient developed RE-Vasculitis and treated with oral steroids,patient lost for follow up due to covid.After 2 years (2021) patient developed LE-vasculitis and treated with oral steroids,1month later patient developed RE-CSCR and LE-vasculitis improved.Because patient developed RE-CSCR ,oral steroids stopped.RE-CSCR improved after stoppage of oral steroids,LE-treated with intravitreal ozurdex,and oral Azathioprine.At present patient is clinically and symptomatically improved.
