Abstract
PURPOSE: To describe the clinical presentation, imaging, management and outcomes in 65 eyes of 43 pediatric patients with intermediate uveitis. Cataract was seen in 37.20% patients. 41.86% had AC spill-over, 11.62% had posterior segment involvement. Patients were treated with topical steroids, NSAIDs, systemic steroids and immunosuppressive therapy. Anti-tubercular treatment was given in 9.30% patients. Laser procedures were required in 6.97%. On follow-up, vision improved in 25.58%, worsened in 11.62% and remained same in 44.18%.
