Abstract
We would like to present a case of 40 year old male who presented with diminution of vision since past 1 week in right eye(RE). No known medical history. On examination anterior segment was normal and dilated fundus examination revealed a choroidal mass of 5 to 6 DD along superior arcade and associated subretinal fluid. Further systemic workup was inconclusive. USG was suggestive of T sign and OCT features were suggestive of posterior scleritis. Thus we would like to discuss the deceptive diagnosis of choroidal mass or posterior scleritis.
