Abstract
A 30-year-old healthy male presented with a defective vision of the right eye for 2 years. Fundus evaluation showed an ill-defined, greyish, slightly elevated retinal lesion, superior to the optic disc, over the superior arcade. OCT of the right eye through the lesion showed thickening and disorganization of the inner retina. OCT through the macula showed disorganization of the retinal layers and epiretinal membrane. Vitrectomy with membrane peeling was performed and it showed visual and anatomical improvement. Similarly, an 11-year young male child presented with a peripapillary lesion with gross anatomical disruption and extremely low vision. No surgical intervention was done, and he was advised low vision aid.
