Abstract

Does phaco surgery become organically fast with doing more number of cataract surgeries or we have to make a pointed attempt to modify technique? We believe it’s a combination of both. Unfortunately, learning by doing more cases is something each surgeon has to do by themselves. But fortunately modifying steps slightly to do a better and quicker surgery is where video assisted learning helps. With this short video, we aim to address each step and how slight modifications in them have helped us do better surgery get our average phaco time considerably shorter, with the result being better results and happier patients.
