On follow-up, a formation of peripheral guttering surrounding the infiltrate was observed along deep vascularization. Medical treatment resulted in the resolution of infection in all 4 cases of witha duration of 3 months. cases healed with scarring without surgical intervention and drastic complications..The patients were closely monitored for the development of a limbal and deep stromal extension of infection during regular follow-ups.
