Abstract
Method: 25 eyes with CSC, 19 with PCV and 30 with AMD were included. Anterior scleral thickness (AST) measured with ASOCT in all 4 quadrants 6 mm from the scleral spur, SFCT measured on SS-OCT and Choroidal Vascular Density (CVD) obtained from ultra-wide-field FFA and ICGA after binarization using Bernsen algorithm. AST, SFCT and CVD were compared between 3 groups. Results:. Mean SFCT of CSC, PCV, AMD was 377.80±84.66m, 245.05±107.52 m and 197.90±88.91 m (p<0.001) respectively. Mean AST in all 4 quadrants combined was 571±47.1m, 542±.45.6 m and 535±.39.1m in CSC, PCV, AMD respectively(p=0.01). The AST measurement showed a significant difference only in the inferior(p< 0.05) and temporal (p<0.001) quadrant among the 3 groups. The mean CVD was 64.17±2.71%, 64.16±3.20%, and 46.71±16.52 % in CSC, PCV, AMD respectively(p<0.001).Conclusion: Eyes with CSC and PCV had significantly increased mean AST, SFCT and CVD compared to AMD.
