Abstract
This is a case of Von Hippel Lindau angiomatosis in a young lady . Systemic evaluation revealed phaeochromocytoma which was excised . After this , ophthalmic management was done wherein one eye was treated with yellow laser to angiomas . Fellow eye had retinal detachment with inferior PVR needing vitreous surgery . This video demonstrates technique of use of prolene suture feeder vessels ligation of feeder vessel with bloodless angioma excision .Inferior retinectomy and silicon oil injection was also done leading to successful postoperative outcome with attached retina and visual gain.
