Abstract
A 66 year old female presented with BCVA in right eye 6/12,N6 and in left eye CF 2mt, N36+.
On fundus examination of left eye showed 3 vascular lesions in macular area with circinate exudates around the fovea with multiple small intraretinal hemorrhages and macular oedema was noted. FFA of that eye showed early filling of 3 aneurysmal blood vessels close to fovea with perivascular leakage of tributary vein superior to fovea. Left eye OCT showed a round lesion with hyperreflective wall and gross CME with hyperreflective dots along the walls of cystic spaces. OCTA of left eye showed isolated 3 large bulbous intense hyperreflective lesions in SCP. Patient did not respond to anti VEGF and thus taken for focal laser. 3 weeks later settling of CME was noted with slight improvement in vision. Conclusion: Here, we present a case of PEVAC with Tributary vein occlusion which to the best of our knowledge is a rare association.
