Abstract
Purpose: To report a rare congenital ophthalmological disorder known as Traboulsi syndrome
Method: A 13-year-old female presented with blurred vision in both eyes for 5 years. Lens subluxation, anterior segment dysgenesis, ciliary staphyloma with facial dysmorphism showed clinical mixture of Traboulsi syndrome with marphanoid features.
Conclusion: With this case report we present different ocular associations which showed an overlap in clinical features with marfan syndrome and conclude that Traboulsi syndrome is an important differential diagnosis.
