Abstract
We aim to compare the post op predictive accuracy of Toric power calculations of Swept source OCT (Anterion®) and Online calculators with parameters obtained using Partial coherence interference (IOLMaster 500) and Scheimpflug imaging (Wavefront Pentacam Oculyzer). A consecutive series of 32 patients with senile cataract and astigmatic power >-1 D underwent biometry with Anterion, IOLMaster 500 and Oculyser. Toric power calculation was done with inherent ray tracing software in Anterion and with Online calculator using parameters from IOLMaster 500 and Oculyser. All pts underwent standard phacoemulsification by a single surgeon. Repeatability, agreement between the measurements were analysed. Post operative spherical equivalent was compared with refraction targeted by the three devices. Anterion showed high repeatability of measurements and good agreement with the other two devices. Predictive accuracy was comparative between Anterion and Oculzer but better than IOLMaster 500.
