Abstract
An 18 year old presented with diminution of vision and was detected to have retinal hemorrhage, low hemoglobin, high blood pressure, with USG showing splenomegaly, large neck nodes and finally peripheral smear revealed chronic myeloid leukemia. This rare case of blast crisis was taken care of by Tinib, that is, BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase protein inhibitor, subsiding of crisis led to improvement of vision.
