Abstract

Objective :To present the diagnosis & management of OSSN cases at our institute. Methodology:Clinically diagnosed 12 cases of OSSN underwent conjunctival impression cytology, MRI orbit & brain & reconstituted Mitomycin-C debulking, excision with broad margin, cryotherapy to the base & surrounding, histopathology & closure with amniotic membrane graft, Interferon ointment as & when applicable. Results: 2 out of 12 cases(16.67%) came with recurrence. Both were high grade invasive SCC. Conclusion: High grade of suspicion Saves Sight Save Life.
