Abstract
Dr. MALAY CHATURVEDI & Dr.GAJENDRA CHAWLA
sing vision threatening diabetic retinopathy as threshold, Human analogue generated 90% sensitivity and 87% specificity in identifying treatable DR. 600 ophthalmologists were evaluated in last 4 years in different settings. Simplified pictures were presented & doctors identified them (Vote pads used). Data will be shared. In the IC simplified cardinal features of vtdr would be presented to strengthen the HA vs AI. Utility of single field photography screening and cheaper retinal photography tools would be presented. For clinical flavor investigative takeaways in FA and OCT are included .Pictorial case based clinical experiences would be shared and relevance of laser in DME would be presented. Use of intra-vitreal injections are added to comprehend GO ( which one, how, and when. Thus empowered non retina eye docs would be evaluated for identifying the referral threshold, investigative cardinals & live data would be generated using vote pads. Our Journey of Crusade against Diabetic blindness would continue.
