Abstract
A 92 year old gentleman presented with a 6.5cm x 3.5cm fungating, ulcerated mass involving 90% of upper eyelid with complete mechanical ptosis. With what started as a small nodule got geometrically multiplied because of neglect and lack of proper medical care. Near total upper eyelid reconstruction with Cutler Beard bridge flap and Tenzel semicircular flap. Intraoperatively tissues were extremely fragile. Lower eyelid bridge flap was inadequate yet Tenzel tissue could not be mobilised. So medial 25% tissue deficit was planned by glabellar bridge flap. Two bridge flaps have met with acceptable functional and visual outcome in a nonagenarian Indian gentleman who wishes to celebrate centenary independence with useful vision.
