Abstract
Tenon patch graft is a useful alternative to corneal patch graft wherein corneal gluing is not feasible. The autologous nature of this tissue makes it all the more useful. In this video we present a case of Phlyctenular keratoconjunctivitis who presented with Peripheral ulcerative keratitis and corneal perforation. Considering peripheral location of corneal perforation, corneal gluing was not possible. Hence Tenon patch graft was performed to salvage the globe. The patient had a post-operative CDVA of 6/6 with good anatomical integrity at the site of tenon patch as noted on slit lamp examination and ASOCT images.
