Abstract

A 32-year-old male suffered blunt ocular trauma along with a laceration over his brow on the right side. His symptom was floaters in his right eye.

Indirect Ophthalmoscopy showed scant vitreous hemorrhage and a large retinal tear measuring approximately 6 disc diameters beyond the superior arcade near the equator. Luckily the central fundi was unaffected and there was no Berlin’s edema.

An immediate Barrage laser was executed and closely followed up. At one month following the incident, he maintained unaided 6/6 vision and healthy laser scars.
