Abstract
Phacoemulsification after penetrating keratoplasty is a challenge specially if it is white cataract. The aim of surgery is to cause minimum trauma to the graft and do uncomplicated phacoemulsification. Any extension of rhexis or PC rent can jeopardize the graft due to vitreous loss. So one has to do meticulous anterior capsulorrhexix with good phaco with minimum power. How we can keep the graft healthy ..all this will be demonstrated in this video.
