Abstract
Postoperatively they may pose complications like Peripheral anterior synechiae leading to raised IOP or early graft rejection, dilated fixed pupil, glare and IOL capture.
Presenting a video bouquet of keratoplasty cases where pupilloplasty was done intraoperatively or postoperatively as a preventive or rescue measure respectively for above mentioned complications.
The anatomical and visual outcomes of these cases were significantly better than those where pupilloplasty was not performed.
Thus, Pupilloplasty can serve as an adjunct procedure which significantly improves the outcomes of keratoplasty.
