Abstract
Phacoemulsification in posterior polar cataract invariably may lead to nucleus drop if not handled properly. This video will demonstrate how we can tackle such cases. Small sized anterior capsularhexis is the key. There should be no hydrodissection . Anterior chamber must be maintained all the time. Capsular Bag must remain inflated all the time. Low vaccum with stop and chop causing minimum turbulence in the bag is very important. All these tips will be shown in this video.
