Abstract
A 68-year-old lady with history of follicular lymphoma was started on chemotherapy for recurrence. Following the 2nd cycle of chemotherapy (Injection Gemcitabine and Oxaliplatin) she complained of vision loss in the left eye. On examination, vision was 6/6, N6 in the right eye and counting fingers in the left eye. Patient then received 3rd cycle of chemotherapy after which she complained of vision loss in the right eye. Her vision was CF CF in both eyes. On examination Pupils were sluggish in both eyes. Anterior segment was unremarkable. Bilateral temporal pallor of the optic disc was noted. VEP showed Increased latency and reduced amplitude .MRI revealed right optic nerve sheath enhancement. Patient was started in IV methylprednisolone.
