Abstract
A 55 year old lady presented with reduced vision, redness and pain in the right eye for 2 weeks. On examination of the right eye, vision was PL+, PR accurate, IOP was 52mmHg, AC was shallow, with an intumescent mature cataract. Phacomorphic glaucoma was diagnosed. The AC depth was 1.77 mm. W Trabeculectomy with cataract extraction and PCIOL implantation was done after the control of IOP and informed consent. A W shaped scleral flap was made after a peribulbar block and SR suture and peritomy. The sclerocorneal tunnel was dissected and Ac was entered. CCC was done and PCIOL implanted after cataract surgery. Air was injected in AC, a single 10-0 PAM suture applied to the apex of the W flap and conjunctiva reposited and sutured. The intraoperative and postoperative period was uneventful. The unaided vision at 2 days postoperatively was 6/18, the IOP was 10mmHg. Now, at 5 months, the unaided vision is 6/9 and the IOP is 12 mmHg without any medication. Video will be shown.
