Abstract
23 yr old gentleman, presented with OD defective vision 1yr back .His BCVA OD 6/36 & OS 6/6.Slit lamp examination OU revealed abnormal telangiectatic episcleral vessels & normal AC depth.IOP was OD 52 mm Hg&OS 20mmHg on oral & 4 topical AGM.Fundus showed OU diffuse choroidal hemangioma & CD ratio of OD 0.9 and OS 0.6. Bscan,UBM,FFA + ICG,OCT & HFA were done .MRI /MRA & MRV were normal. No port wine stain.Gonio OU showed angle dysgenesis. He initially underwent OD Micropulse cyclophotocoagulation to temporarily reduce IOP.Then he underwent OD Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation &1month later OS AADI implant with supramid stenting .3 months later OS AADI tube got retracted for which tube repositioning was done.On last follow up his BCVA OD 6/9 & OS 6/6 with IOP 14 & 12mm Hg on 2 AGM.This report highlights mutilmodal imaging for critical assessment and optimal management of bilateral isolated choroidal hemangioma with secondary glaucoma without any facial/lepotmengial angiomatosis
