Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a leading cause of ocular inflammation. It can present with varied clinical features from anterior to
posterior segment. Uveitis is the most common form of presentation with predominance to panuveitis. We present
a case series of primary ocular sarcoidosis and various ocular presentations. Our case series shows involvement of
anterior uveitis progressing to panuveitis, choroidal granulomas presenting with panuveitis. All these patients who
eventually tested positive for pulmonary sarcoid and received early systemic management. We like to stress on the
importance of a keen eye to pick up the varied clinical features in ocular presentations to help in early & apt
management with ocular and systemic modalities & prevent vision loss. A multidisciplinary approach is a must
with thorough systemic evaluation. Sarcoidosis must be the first in the differential diagnosis in patients presenting with uveitis with simultaneous involvement of more than one anatomical site in the eye.
