Abstract

Inner retinal alterations are caused by internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling. We herein report multicolor imaging (MC) of dissociated optic nerve fiber layer appearance (DONFL) and area of ILM peeling in optic disc pit maculopathy post surgery. Color fundus photography, MC, infrared reflectance (IR), green reflectance (GR), blue reflectance (BR) and SD-OCT were done. MC showed clear margin of ILM peeling and arcuate striae overlying fovea suggestive of DONFL which was better seen in GR and BR than IR. MC is non invasive imaging modality which clearly delineates margin of ILM peeling that can guide for surgical intervention if required.
