Abstract
46 year old male, came for routine ophthalmic examination. On examination his BCVA was 6/6 (N6 ) in both eyes. Orthoptic evaluation of both eyes were normal. Anterior segment examination of both eyes were normal. On fundus examination right eye was normal while left showed two foveal reflexes. The two fovea were confirmed by multimodal imaging. True foveal duplication with two indistinct foveal avascular zones are rare in human beings and is seen in lower vertebrates. We report a rare case of unilateral double fovea in the left eye in otherwise asymptomatic male.
