Abstract
To present a case where a 56 year old female developed diminution of vision in Left Eye since 3 years.She consulted to an ophthalmologist after which she was given 2 Intra-Vitreal Injections at the gap of 1 month and topical Anti Glaucoma medications but patient didn’t notice improvement in vision.3-4 months later she was experiencing pain in the left eye throughout the day which was gradual in onset ,dull,non radiating in nature not associated with any aggravating factors and she used to take Anti-Glaucoma Eye drops whenever she used to feel pain(non compliant).1 month ago she came to KLE hospital with severe pain not improving with medications.Vision RE-6/18 LE-CF 2mts,Extraocular Movements normal in all gazes. Anterior Segment -RE within Normal Limits LE-4mm RAPD With Grade 2,Neovascularisation Of Iris at 1 to 4 0 clock.Fundus shows RE- within normal limits LE- Old Ischemic Central Retinal Vein Occlusion with collaterals and NVE and Lamellar Macular Hole.
