Abstract

A 45- year old female patient with a history of diminution of vision in both the eyes for last 4 months. Diagnosed to have both eyes VKH elsewhere and given 3 doses of IVMP 1 gm per day followed by oral steroids and oral methotrexate once a week and now started on azathioprine. Still not responding to treatment as no improvement in vision. BCVA 1/60,
