Abstract
A 60 year old male complained to us with history of Dust fall in Left eye 10 days back .On examination vision in Left eye was counting fingers . Conjunctiva showed a pinkish white gelatinous mass nasally encroaching 2 mm of peripheral cornea suggestive of Ocular surface squamous neoplasia , cornea showed a central corneal ulcer of 4 * 4 mm with greyish infiltrate suggestive of fungal corneal ulcer and hypopyon and flare in anterior chamber. Patient was posted for Left eye OSSN tumor excision with amniotic membrane graft and cryotherapy as primary surgery to prevent the further spread of OSSN, patient was kept on topical and systemic antifungals for 4 weeks and patient didnt respond well and hence patient was posted for Left eye Therapeutic penetrating keratoplasty as secondary surgery , So hence we report of Rare case of OSSN with Fungal corneal ulcer in which Malignancy was treated first followed by the corneal ulcer management .
