Abstract
With the introduction on OCT angiography, it has opened new horizons for diabetic retinopathy. OCTA being completely non invasive, it can be used for screening diabetic patients, early detection of diabetic retinopathy (even before appearance of fundus findings), progression of retinopathy and response to treatment. OCTA can detect micro-aneurysms, capillary non perfusion, IRMA and neovascularization (very small and at a very early stage) . OCTA can be done at periodic intervals for better understanding of disease progression and even for patient education about the disease. In this poster we will discuss cases of diabetic retinopathy at different stages, progression of retinopathy and post treatment response.
