Abstract
A 9 year old female child presented to us with fleshy mass in both eyes since 7 months which were gradually increasing in size. On general physical examination there were multiple bullous skin lesions in different stages of healing along with crusted erosions over various parts of body including peri oral area, around external nares, perianal area , buttocks, elbows, back and thighs. On ocular examination, Right eye had a red fleshy conjunctival mass adherent to upper lid causing an S shaped deformity and obscuring visual axis. In left eye similar fleshy conjunctival mass covering limbus away from visual axis and non adherent to eyelids was present. These fleshy mass appeared to be pyogenic granuloma. Patient could not seek ophthalmic consultation for 7 months due to systemic illness.
