This interactive course covers evolution of macular hole surgery,its present and future .Provides an understanding of patho mechanism relating to surgical technique. Gives a simplified and clear approach to surgical technique with excellent videos,pre and post op.pictures. Discusses causes for failure and action to be taken with evidence through OCT and fundus photographs. A new dimension is presented making use of OCT for customizing the extent of ILM peeling in primary and secondary surgery. Debate is conducted on choice tamponade agents and role of face down posture. This is an interactive course with specific question answers between faculty and delegates providing continuous exchange.
