This case-based interactive course will highlight the importance of a thorough clinical examination to arrive at a diagnosis, customise investigations and formulate a management plan. red flags in oculoplasty may include relevant information in the history, a pupillary sign, a paradoxical eyelid position, even the mere location of a tumour or an inconspicuous imaging characteristic that gives a clue to the complex clinical scenario. high-resolution clinical photographs and schematics will highlight the red flag and the implications. missing it may alter the eventual outcome.
