Abstract
PACG is usually chronic and asymptomatic unless the presentation is late; however, it may occasionally be intercepted by a symptomatic acute presentation. We present phaco-endocycloplasty in a series of such eyes. All presented with pain and high IOP. All eyes achieved resolution with control of IOP and significant decrease in medications, without serious complications.
