Abstract

Most of the time in trainees’ hands IOL s will open in a reverse manner. It can be corrected by early detection as soon as the leading haptic is coming out from the injector and by rotating the hand ie the injector accordingly. Once it is released in reverse order then it can be re-reversed without touching corneal endothelium and without causing PCR by the trainer
