Abstract
Toric IOLs are essential for improving refractive outcomes in cataract surgery. Accuracy of IOL alignment intraoperatively is essential for the final refractive outcome. Small pupil poses difficulty in judging final alignment. The use of pupil expansion devices makes surgery easier, but still once the devices are removed after IOL placement, the pupil becomes smaller and thus might hamper visualization of final IOL placement. In this video, the author demonstrates different methods to correct this issue.
