Abstract

In this video we explain the art of doing small pupil brown cataract SICS where rhexis is done under the pupil around 7mm insize and bimanual nucleus expression without hydrodissection and cortex aspirated under the pupil. Mostly small pupil brown cataract go in for while bag removal due to small rhexis or while hydroprolapse accidental prolapse of nucleus with the bag to overcome this we do bimanual nucleus prolapse and large rhexis under the pupil
