Abstract

Challenges and complications in a case is very uncertain and Adhoc .

So what I believe is .

“If it does not challenge you then it won’t change you.”

Therefore ,here is a glimpse of a Posterior Polar Cataract case which on table adds Floppy Iris with Hyphema.

I would like to present my first encounter of IFIS with Hyphema in PPC case and how I faced it and completed the surgery.

This video is a tutorial to all the young surgeons with key points.

“To simplify complications is the first essense of success”.

And I would be showing how I achieved the goal of resolving the complications.
