Abstract
A 35 year old male presented with complaints of sudden diminution of vision in left eye following trauma .On examination , visual acuity was Counting finger 2 feet with PR accurate in all four quadrants along with anteriorly dislocated IOL .USG Bscan revealed vitreous hemorrhage .Patient had history of LE cataract surgery 2 years back , followed by Yag Capsulotomy and LASIK afer 6 months and 1 year respectively . Patient underwent IOL extraction with vitrectomy as first step followed by sutureless glueless SFIOL after 1 month .
