Abstract
A 3-year-old girl child presented with eccentric fixation. On general examination she had multiple hyperpigmented skin patches in the face, trunk, upper and lower extremities which were present since birth suggestive of Incontinentia Pigmenti. Fundus examination by indirect ophthalmoscopy showed right eye (RE) disc and arcade drag with temporal retinal fold and peripheral avascular retina. Left eye (LE) fundus showed multiple fibrovascular proliferation with vitreous condensation near the disc and posterior retina and extensive avascular peripheral retina. She underwent right eye combined scleral buckle (SB) and scleral imbrication (Deroofing) with minimal cryotherapy to peripheral temporal retina and subretinal fluid was drained. Left eye underwent 3port 25G Pars plana vitrectomy and endolaser. At post op 1 month, RE showed attached retina with high buckle indent to entire traction and fold due to the combination of SB and imbrication and LE stable lasered retina at 1 month.
