Abstract
A 57 yr old female came in the OPD with complaint of DOV in BE (RE>LE) for 3years which was gradually progressing. She had previously consulted in another hospital with similar complaints where her OCT was done and was diagnosed with RE FT grade3 MH. She did not underwent any surgery. Clinical examination: BCVA was 6/60 in RE and 6/36 in LE and her IOP was 16 (RE) &19mmHg(LE). On SLE, RE cornea was clear with normal ACD, pupil was RRR, NS grade2 with PSC grade 1cataract was present. LE cornea was clear with normal ACD, pupil was RRR, NS grade 1 with PSC grade 1cataract was present. Fundus examination of RE showed clear media with 0.3CDR but no MH was appreciated whereas LE showed clear media with 0.3CDR with dull FR. On OCT examination of RE,findings suggested of RPE atrophy at fovea(but no macular hole), it seems that old MH which was seen in OCT dated 1 yr back got sealed on its own.
